Required Attire
and Dance Shoes

Preschool and Kindergarten
Dress:   Any color leotard and tights (skirts or shorts)
Shoes:  Pink leather ballet shoes
             Black tap shoes (tie or buckle)

Grades 1 & 2

Dress:   Any color leotard and tights (skirts or shorts)
             Pants allowed for tap and hip-hop only

Shoes:  Pink leather ballet shoes (for ballet and jazz)
             Black tap shoes (tie or buckle)
             Black hip-hop shoes (for hip-hop only)

Grades 3 & 4

Dress:   Any color leotard and tights (skirts or shorts)
             Pants allowed for tap and hip-hop only

Shoes:  Pink leather ballet shoes (split sole)
             Tan tap oxford (split sole)
             Capezio caramel or Bloch tan jazz slip-on
             Black hip-hop shoes (for hip-hop only)

GRADES 5 – 12

Dress:   Any color leotard, tights required (shorts)
             Pants allowed for tap and hip-hop only
             Ballet skirt required for ballet/pointe       
Shoes:  Ballet – Pink leather split sole
             Tap – Black oxford split sole (Bloch)
             Jazz – Black Capezio pedini femme
             Hip-hop – Black
             Pointe – Must make an appointment at “All That Jazz”
             Lyrical – Dance paws

Performance Group

Dress:  Black leotard with tan tights (black shorts allowed)

Student Pick-Up
You must pick up your child promptly after their dance classes. Classes in the
evening are ongoing and there are times when no one will be in the waiting room to supervise them. Students must wait inside the studio for their ride.
NO exceptions will be made! Also, dancers will not be permitted to leave the studio between class times unless a written permission note is given to Tammy; this is for their own safety.

Tuition
is due the first dance week of each month. Cash or check payment only.
Tuition not paid by the 15th of each month will be charged a $5.00 late fee. Tuition is the same each month. Returned check fee is $15.
Monthly reminders only if you are late.
Ask Donna if you would like a payment booklet. Payments should be put
in the tuition box if Donna is not in the office.

Referrals
Please refer someone you know to TSD. After they complete a month of dance,
you will receive a $5.00 credit towards your next month tuition.

Observation Weeks
We will be having observation weeks again this season. Specific dates to
follow.

Dance Class Attendance
At TSD we will continue to offer “make-up days”. If your child is absent,
he or she may attend another dance class to make it up. Please see schedule for day and time for your child’s level. Please do not call ahead, unless weather
is questionable. (Make-up classes will not count for a perfect attendance
award.)

Perfect Attendance
Certificates are awarded to students with perfect attendance for the entire dance season. These are presented at the recital dress rehearsal in June. Again, make-up days are not counted for perfect attendance.
